* The People's Committee of Nghe An province assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion, relevant departments, branches, sectors and agencies to study and review the content of the Plan to implement the Agreement on socio -economic development cooperation with Ho Chi Minh City.
