
Participating in the program, more than 350 students of grades 3, 4, and 5 of Tran Quoc Toan Primary School were provided with knowledge and skills to handle fire and explosion situations and escape skills in case of fire at home, crowded places or in schools. They were also introduced to the model of inter-family fire safety teams, the model of public fire stations, the movement "My house has a fire extinguisher"; systems, equipment, means of fire fighting and on-site rescue.

In addition, students practiced using portable fire extinguishers to extinguish a simulated fire caused by a gas leak; experienced escape using a ladder truck; escaped skills in an environment with smoke and toxic gas; practiced water spraying and first aid for smoke inhalation and burns caused by fire.

Extracurricular activities not only provide necessary knowledge and skills in fire prevention and fighting, but also contribute to raising awareness of self-protection, family and community, building a safe and friendly school environment.
