Some notable contents include: abolishing lump-sum tax for business households from January 1, 2026; instead, business households must issue electronic invoices with codes from cash registers when having revenue of 1 billion VND/year or more; The new Value Added Tax Law lasts from July 1, 2025 to the end of 2026, instead of just 6 months as before...
