(Dan Tri) - Miss Ngoc Han is the only designer invited to participate in the exhibition of paintings and ao dai with the theme "Vietnamese Soul" in Dubai. She has put a lot of effort and pride into the exhibition and is honored to receive praise from international friends.

The event was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Vietnam in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to promote the country's cultural and artistic beauty to a large number of visitors in the Middle East region.

At the "Vietnamese Soul" exhibition, Ngoc Han's ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) were displayed according to the themes of five collections in the spacious setting of the Etihad Museum in Dubai.

Ngoc Han has dedicated a lot of effort to the ao dai exhibition in Dubai.

She also brought a mannequin made of mica that she designed to display the ao dai inspired by Middle Eastern culture and conical hats, as a highlight in the middle of the museum's lobby.

Ngoc Han's idea for this arrangement was to show cultural exchange and also to express her respect for the UAE. In addition, during the opening event, the beauty queen also wore an ao dai embroidered with the national emblem, the flag and some traditional motifs of the UAE.

The design is inspired by the Abaya - a traditional costume of many Middle Eastern countries, combining a cloak with a turban. She received many compliments from international friends.

At the exhibition's opening, Ngoc Han explained why she brought five collections of ao dai (Vietnamese traditional dress) that incorporated fine art to Dubai.

First is the Kim Hoang Painting Collection, which aims to honor the folk painting style that emerged in Vietnam in the 18th and 19th centuries.

The Ao Dai collection recreates the beauty of an art form that was once popular in the history of national culture with a characteristic vibrant color palette: from red, red, lotus red to bird's nest yellow - colors associated with the traditional Tet atmosphere.

This line of paintings not only serves aesthetic and religious needs but also reflects the simple life of the people in the Northern Delta through the genres of Tet paintings and worship paintings. When applying Kim Hoang paintings to ao dai, Ngoc Han transformed the typical motifs and colors of the paintings into the art of contemporary ao dai tailoring, creating a unique connection between folk heritage and modern fashion .

With the At Ty collection, Ngoc Han uses gouache paintings by famous contemporary artist Le Thiet Cuong in his series of the same name to create motifs on the ao dai, bringing a unique perspective on the year 2025.

Going beyond the usual image of the snake - the mascot of the year of the Fire Snake, the collection explores the depth of Eastern philosophy about the cycle of all things. Through the language of fashion, the designs in the collection cleverly transform the image of the snake into meaningful symbols.

The At Ty collection is not only a collection of ao dai designs to welcome spring, but also a work of art that tells the story of the constant movement of the four seasons, the relationship between humans and nature, and traditional cultural values ​​recreated through a contemporary lens.

The collection “Net Ha Thanh” is Ngoc Han’s perspective of Hanoi , inspired by the Hanoi paintings of artist Le Thiet Cuong. The minimalistic strokes in the paintings are transformed into a modern design language on the ao dai.

The collection stands out with sharp cuts and unique color combinations, vividly depicting the space of Hanoi - from the architecture of the old quarter to the urban life. Each design is a combination of the traditional beauty of the Ao Dai and contemporary accents, creating a unique style for the wearer.

The Net Sen collection - a special creation of Ngoc Han and artist Dang Phuong Viet. On a plain ao dai made of high-quality materials such as silk and organza - typical products of traditional Vietnamese craft villages - artist Dang Phuong Viet directly painted his lotus paintings on the ao dai.

With masterful techniques in color blending and tonal transitions, the artist has breathed new life into the lotus flowers.

From the traditional concept of lotus as a symbol of beauty, purity and rebirth, Dang Phuong Viet brings a modern and creative perspective.

The lotus flowers in the collection are not only pure images of nature but also a blend of colors and emotions. Net Sen is not only a collection of Ao Dai, but also a story about the intersection between the art of painting and fashion, each Ao Dai is a work of art, carrying within it the beauty of endless creativity and love for Vietnamese culture.

In addition to the exhibition space, Ngoc Han's ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) was also worn and showcased by diplomatic officials in the UAE at the opening event.

Ngoc Han was born in 1989 in Hanoi and had many years of experience as a model before becoming Miss Vietnam 2010.

It has been 15 years since being crowned Miss Vietnam 2010, Ngoc Han has still maintained her popularity and beautiful image in the eyes of the audience with social and cultural activities contributing to the community.

She is passionate about her journey to honor the beauty of Vietnamese culture, tradition and history through Ao Dai to inspire people, especially the youth, to appreciate traditional national values.
