Among those who contributed to creating that positive influence, Ms. Cao Huong, owner of La Beaute Bac Ha, is one of the outstanding people. Not only stopping at running a professional and green homestay service business, she also proactively coordinated with units and projects to organize training classes on guest reception skills and introducing local products to the people. These classes help people master how to welcome tourists, prepare accommodation spaces and practice basic communication skills, as well as preserve cultural identity in the process of providing services. Thanks to Ms. Huong's companionship, many households new to community tourism have become more confident, improved service quality and earned more income.
Ms. Huong shared: The spirit of companionship and mutual support not only helps tourism households develop together, but also creates a civilized, professional and unique Bac Ha tourism ecosystem.
Along with Ms. Huong, Mr. Huy Trung - Chairman of Bac Ha Tourism Club, is also a pioneer in spreading green lifestyle to the community. Since 2017, after the traditional horse racing festival ended, garbage was overflowing around the stadium. Mr. Trung proactively called on Club members, connected Bac Ha High School No. 1, union members, youth and people to participate in garbage collection. Since then, this activity has become a regular activity, maintained 2-3 times a year, especially before and after major festivals.
In addition, Mr. Trung also used his personal funds to buy bamboo slings from artisans and give them to the people, thereby encouraging the preservation of traditional crafts and reducing the use of plastic slings. To date, he has donated more than 80 bamboo slings - a small number but with profound meaning in preserving culture and reducing plastic waste in the community.
Not only the key members in Bac Ha commune, the green tourism model has also spread strongly to the tourism community in the communes of Bac Ha district (old). A typical example is Mr. Vang A Binh in Ban Lien commune - a community tourism household highly appreciated by many domestic and international tourists.
Mr. Binh shared: “What tourists to Ban Lien like most is the sincerity and hospitality of the Tay people. We clean the village roads, keep the space around the stilt houses clean, and always try to introduce our culture in the kindest way.”

Mr. Binh also said that since joining the Bac Ha Tourism Club, he has had the opportunity to share guests with other households, exchange experiences in making traditional cuisine , how to process and preserve smoked Lam tea; operate a homestay and create more experiential activities, such as: picking tea, catching fish, planting rice... For him, doing tourism means working together, each household is stronger then the whole community can develop sustainably.
In Ban Lien, that spirit of solidarity has created a friendly and hospitable community tourism group. The image of the Tay ethnic people with their gentle smiles, fragrant cups of tea, etc. has become a beauty that makes many tourists come back.

Bac Ha Tourism Club, with nearly 50 members, each with a role but with a common ideal: building a green - beautiful - civilized tourism environment. During holidays, Tet or peak tourist season, members regularly exchange guests, support new households, share services and handle arising situations together. These activities have contributed to shaping the image of Bac Ha tourism as authentic, humane and sustainable, not chasing quantity but focusing on the quality of visitors' experiences.

For a greener Bac Ha and a sustainable tourism community, Club members wish to continue to accompany, listen and receive support in building new destinations, improving the environment and enhancing service quality. They believe that, when the whole community joins hands, Bac Ha will not only be a “White Plateau” but also a destination of kindness, responsibility and lasting cultural values.
