That is why for many years now, I have maintained regular propaganda and reminded people to comply with traffic safety regulations.”

From small changes, Hoang Hoa Tham area gradually formed an orderly and synchronous traffic lifestyle. People's awareness increased significantly. Wearing helmets when participating in traffic by motorbike has become a mandatory habit. The situation of encroachment on sidewalks and roads has decreased sharply. Families with school-age children proactively remind their children to obey the regulations, not to speed or overtake recklessly. The number of traffic collisions in the area has decreased significantly every year, for many years in a row there have been no serious accidents in the area.
