The power of the inner self is divided into two parts. In which, the "Black" part exploits the darkness, the obstacles in life, the process of finding a way out of each person and the "Red" part exploits the enthusiasm, effort, passion, love, the power of the inner self...

Le Nam said that in this book, she did not write much about herself but wrote stories that everyone could read, so that everyone could find their own inner strength. Le Nam added that during the process of writing the book, she also encountered many obsessions.

The 9X beauty recalls: "In this book, there are stories that combine my pain and the pain of others, to show that there are things that if you do, will leave very deep wounds. That's why when I wrote those things, I cried non-stop, cried while eating, cried while doing yoga."

Talking about the pain, Le Nam also shared about the time she suffered from depression. She said it was the most terrible period of her life. "That time was really terrible, I just wanted to explode. I thought, either I had to overcome it to live a different life, or stay like that forever.

Actually, I suffered from depression since I was very young. When I was in school, I was passive and isolated from my friends. When I entered the world, I had not yet healed my old wounds before I had to "rush" into the world to earn a living. It was only when I realized that I was not stable that I began my journey to healing," she shared.

Le Nam said that through her first book, she wants to spread positive energy to young people in society. In particular, the beauty born in 1996 also said that all proceeds from this book will be contributed to the Send our love violence prevention fund .

Also at the launch, Le Nam shared that she is trying to improve herself to compete in the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 contest. The beauty said that for her, this contest is not a destination but a memorable journey she has experienced in her life.

The beauty born in 1996 affirmed that Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 is the last beauty contest in her life. However, in this competition, she does not consider other contestants as rivals.

The beauty confided: "I don't think that participating in a contest means fighting, because it's like participating in a war. I see this as a playground - where I have many friends. Here I can learn many things from other beauties."
