On the morning of December 17th, Mr. Tran Huu Minh Tung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Thanh Ward ( Lam Dong Province), stated that he had directed an investigation to clarify the information regarding the incident where a gas station employee at Tien Thanh refused to accept a customer's bank transfer and then withdrew all the gasoline already pumped into the customer's motorbike, forcing the customer to walk several kilometers.

Specifically, in recent days, a video posted by the account "My Quỳnh" has been circulating on social media, reflecting an incident that occurred at the Tiến Thành gas station (Tiến Thành Petroleum Enterprise, Tiến Thành ward, Lâm Đồng province).

According to the video, a person riding a motorbike pulled into the gas station to fill up with 50,000 VND worth of gasoline. After the fuel was pumped, because they didn't have cash, they offered to transfer the money, but the gas station employee refused.

An argument ensued. The gas station attendant then withdrew all the fuel that had been pumped into the customer's car, forcing the customer to walk about 3km.

The incident attracted significant public attention; many opinions suggested that the gas station employee's behavior was inconsistent with customer service standards.
