On November 22, at Thieu Phuong Garden, Hue Imperial City, the opening ceremony of the "Parallel Exhibition - Exchange of Vietnamese and Korean Paintings" took place, introducing typical works with many differences in the perception of the two countries' fine arts and paintings to the public. The Memorandum of Understanding Signing Program between the Hue Monuments Conservation Center and the National Gugak Center of Korea; the exchange of royal music performances between Vietnam and Korea will also be held on November 22 at Duyet Thi Duong Theater, Hue Imperial City.
According to Director of Hue Monuments Conservation Center Hoang Viet Trung, this is an important opportunity to promote Hue's cultural heritage and the image of the locality in the context of realizing the goal of building Hue into a centrally-run city in the coming time. At the same time, through the exhibition and music performance exchange program, cultural exchange activities between Vietnam and Korea are increasingly expanded and become more active, the understanding between the two countries will become deeper and deeper; continue to affirm the effectiveness of cooperation agreements with Korean partners towards organizing regular activities in the following Hue Festival seasons.
