Many attractive cultural activities at the National Achievement Exhibition to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2

The Organizing Committee of the National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day has just issued Plan No. 399/KH – BTC on the organization of the Opening Ceremony, Closing Ceremony and program of activities at the National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Based on Decision No. 12-QD/BCDTW dated June 10, 2025, of the Central Steering Committee for commemorating major national holidays and important historical events in the three years 2023-2025; Based on Plan No. 2786/KH-BTC dated June 17, 2025, of the Exhibition Organizing Committee on the issuance of the plan for organizing the Exhibition of socio -economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025);… The Exhibition Organizing Committee has issued the Plan for organizing the Opening Ceremony, Closing Ceremony, and program of activities at the Exhibition of National Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

The exhibition showcasing the nation's achievements in celebration of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) will take place from August 28 to September 5, 2025 at the National Exhibition Center, including the following main activities:

The opening ceremony of the Exhibition is scheduled to take place on the morning of August 28, 2025, at the National Exhibition Center. The opening ceremony will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television and Vietnam Radio . Approximately 6,000 delegates are expected to attend.

The closing ceremony of the Exhibition is scheduled to take place on the evening of September 5, 2025, at the National Exhibition Center. The closing ceremony will also be broadcast live on Vietnam Television and Vietnam Radio.

Besides the main activities, many other events will take place before and after the Exhibition, such as: the "Radiant Vietnam" music program (8:00 PM, August 9th and 10th, 2025); the "8Wonder Co Loa" music program (8:00 PM, August 23rd, 2025); the "My Vietnam" running race (August 24th, 2025); the "Words from the Heart of Vietnam" art program (8:00 PM, August 26th, 2025); the "Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Digital Age" forum (August 29th, 2025); and the "The Role of Data in the Digital Age" seminar (August 29th, 2025). The Organizing Committee requests that during the organization of activities, the organizing units must adhere closely to the purpose, requirements, and content of the Project "Exhibition of National Achievements on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025)" (hereinafter referred to as the Project). The organization should be solemn, in accordance with the policies of the Party and State, with a scale, stature, and significance commensurate with the country's proud 80-year journey, attractive to and engaging for the people and international friends, while also ensuring practicality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
