At the same time, urgently develop plans to repair and reinforce structures at risk of being unsafe; coordinate with specialized units to trim the green tree system in schools, check the sewer system, and the power grid to ensure the safety of students, teachers, and administrators before floods occur.

Along with that, prepare plans to evacuate students and teachers to safe places; move documents and equipment before flooding occurs; proactively coordinate with local authorities to receive support in terms of expertise, materials and equipment when situations arise.

At the same time, promptly repair damage, clean and sanitize schools and classrooms immediately after rain and floods to ensure safety, cleanliness and prevent epidemics in the unit. Heads of educational institutions arrange plans for make-up classes, supplement knowledge, and ensure the program and plan of the school year.
