Internally related Novaland shares were sold off again

Novagroup Joint Stock Company has just announced information on stock transaction results related to insiders of No Va Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company ( Novaland - stock code NLV) with Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Accordingly, on May 31, June 1 and 6, Novagroup completed the sale of more than 729,000 Novaland shares, reducing its holding ratio from 24.9% to 24.85%. The number of Novagroup shares held after the transaction is nearly 485 million Novaland shares.

Previously, Diamond Properties Joint Stock Company - the company chaired by Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon's wife, Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Suong, also had nearly 84,000 Novaland shares sold by a securities company in the last sessions of May. After the transaction, the company's holding ratio at Novaland was more than 10.3% (about 201 million shares).

Meanwhile, Ms. Bui Cao Ngoc Quynh, daughter of Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon, registered to buy 3.45 million Novaland shares between June 2 and 30 to increase her ownership ratio. The transaction is expected to be carried out by negotiation and order matching. If the transaction is successful, Ms. Quynh's Novaland share holding ratio will increase from 21.6 million shares (1.11%) to 25 million shares (1.28%).

Closing the stock trading session on the afternoon of June 7, Novaland shares increased sharply, hitting the ceiling (7%) to VND 14,550/share.
