The victim was identified as Ms. CTN (born in 1987, from Ben Tre ).
Initial information, at 2:30 p.m. on August 5, a customer came to get a haircut at Chau Ngan salon (Long Binh ward, Bien Hoa city) and discovered Ms. N lying on the floor. The customer immediately shouted to alert everyone.
Seeing this, some nearby residents came to check and discovered that Ms. N had died, with many stab wounds on her body. The residents quickly reported it to the police.
At the scene, police determined that this was a murder case. Many items inside the store were disturbed, and the victim was stabbed in the chest, hip, and back.
Immediately afterwards, criminal investigators collected information, extracted camera footage to find the perpetrator, and took witness statements to serve the investigation.
