Ingredient:
- Green bean: 100g.
- Fresh pandan leaves: 5-6 leaves.
- Filtered water: 1.5 - 2 liters.

- Rock sugar or honey: 20–30 g if you like a light sweetness.
How to prepare:
- Pick out bad black beans, wash, soak in warm water for 1-2 hours to soften; wash pandan leaves, tie into bundles.
- Add black beans to the pan, roast over low heat until fragrant and the beans crack slightly (about 7-10 minutes). This step helps the water smell fragrant and the beans don't taste bitter.
