NXBGDVN spends 20 billion VND to support textbooks for students in flood-affected and disadvantaged areas.

In the context of continuous floods, especially after storms No. 3, 10, 11, 12 and now Storm No. 13, NXBGDVN once again affirms the spirit of "For beloved students - no child is left behind", always ready to accompany and share with students, teachers and schools in difficult areas, areas heavily affected by natural disasters and floods.

Since the beginning of the year, the total budget of the Education Publishing House for social work and charity has reached 4.3 billion VND. During the recent storms and floods, the Education Publishing House has donated nearly 200,000 textbooks and cash, worth 3.5 billion VND, to schools and students in the following provinces: Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Nghe An, Tuyen Quang, Son La, Lao Cai, Bac Ninh , Cao Bang, Lang Son, Thai Nguyen, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, Thua Thien Hue.

Currently, storm No. 13 continues to seriously affect the Central provinces, forecast to cause great damage to infrastructure, especially in schools. Most recently, on November 4, a working delegation of the Vietnam Education Publishing House led by Mr. Nguyen Chi Binh - Deputy General Director visited and supported schools affected by floods in Bac Ninh province.

It is known that after the two recent storms No. 10 and 11, the Education sector of Bac Ninh province was severely affected, including about 100 schools suffering damage with an initial estimated amount of more than 20 billion VND.

In the spirit of mutual love, NXBGDVN has supported flood-affected schools in Bac Ninh province with 30 million VND in cash and 7,752 textbooks (500 sets) worth nearly 106 million VND. NXBGDVN hopes that this support will help students overcome difficulties and quickly stabilize their studies.
