On the evening of November 14, a female driver, a resident of block A2 of the Tropic Garden apartment building on 66th street, Thao Dien ward, drove a 4-seater car into the parking lot on the 4th floor. While reversing, the rear of the car crashed into a wall about 1.5 m high.
Several pieces of concrete fell down below, fortunately no one was passing by at the time. Broken bricks also damaged the roof on the ground floor. The back of the car was teetering, almost falling to the ground.

The driver got out and said he accidentally stepped on the gas pedal, causing the accident. The apartment building management board later moved the car and repaired the scene.
Tropic Apartment has 5 blocks of 27 floors, with a scale of more than 1,000 apartments, operating since 2016.
