Right from the beginning of the period, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Phan Ri Cua commune have led, directed and thoroughly grasped documents related to emulation and rewards. In the past 5 years, many typical emulation movements have been widely launched, focusing on "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "Cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to practice office culture", "The whole people unite to build a cultural life". These movements have become the driving force to promote local development, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks and creating an environment of solidarity and consensus among the people.

Thanks to that, the economy of Phan Ri Cua commune in the period of 2020 - 2025 has many positive changes. The average annual output of exploitation and aquaculture reached 42,440 tons/year, exceeding the set target. Shrimp farming facilities maintained a stable average output of about 235.4 tons/year.

In agriculture , some key products have affirmed their brand and quality such as: dragon fruit with an area of 164.2 hectares of 110 households; grapes with 2.6 hectares of 7 households. Food output reached 4,093 tons of various crops, contributing to stabilizing life and increasing income for people.

The movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” is increasingly effective. Every year, over 92% of households are recognized as cultural families, 95% of villages and neighborhoods achieve cultural titles. The work of preserving and promoting the value of relics and traditional festivals such as the Hung Kings' death anniversary and festivals is focused on, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people.

In addition to economic development, administrative reform has been focused on implementation by Phan Ri Cua commune. The People's Committee of the commune has focused on overcoming limitations, promoting digitalization of records, and handling administrative procedures quickly, with initial positive results. The implementation of the project to develop population data applications, electronic identification and authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030, has been deployed synchronously, contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management and serving the people.

A highlight is that the government's mass mobilization work has changed dramatically towards being closer to the people and the grassroots. Many meetings and dialogues have been organized to help promptly resolve pressing issues and legitimate aspirations of the people.

The emulation movements of “Skillful mass mobilization” were effectively implemented, arousing consensus in the community. The emulation movement of “Joining hands and hearts to build new rural areas” continued to achieve many positive results. Rural traffic routes were concreted, making travel convenient, political security and social order stable, and people's lives were significantly improved.

Timely rewards, replication of typical advanced examples

Along with the launching of the emulation movement, the reward work in Phan Ri Cua commune has become more and more systematic, ensuring democracy, publicity, right people, right work, contributing to encouraging the spirit of cadres and people. These timely forms of reward have created a strong motivation for collectives and individuals to continue to strive.

During the period of 2020 - 2025, Phan Ri Cua commune had 5 collectives and 12 individuals awarded certificates of merit by the People's Committee of Tuy Phong district (old); 3 individuals were recognized as grassroots Emulation Fighters. Phan Ri Cua commune People's Committee rewarded 175 collectives and 361 individuals, of which 1 individual was awarded an extraordinary reward.

Propaganda and dissemination of advanced models have also been promoted. The loudspeaker system, commune electronic information page, and social networks have become channels to spread examples of good people and good deeds. Patriotic emulation content is integrated into Party cell meetings, conferences of civil servants, and organizations, thereby raising awareness and creating a widespread movement. Many typical models have emerged from the emulation movement, such as "Residential areas ensuring traffic order and safety", "Villages not allowing drug abuse to spread", "Self-protection and self-management of roads", or the movement "All people protect national security". In particular, many exemplary individuals have voluntarily contributed funds to build rural roads, supported the purchase of health insurance for people, and given Tet gifts to disadvantaged households.

The patriotic emulation movement in the period of 2020 - 2025 in Phan Ri Cua commune has made an important contribution to the comprehensive development of the locality. This is a solid foundation for the commune to continue implementing the patriotic emulation movement and commendation work in the new period, towards the goal of sustainable development, building an increasingly prosperous and happy life for the people.
