Base Hamlet organizes national solidarity festival

On November 7, the Front Working Committee of Can Cu Hamlet (Vinh Phong Commune, An Giang Province) organized the National Great Unity Day 2025, on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025). This is the hamlet chosen by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Phong Commune to organize the model festival.

In 2025, the Front Working Committee of Base Hamlet mobilized to give more than 650 gifts to poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households, with a total value of over 195 million VND; mobilized to build 7 new houses for poor and disadvantaged households, with a cost of 370 million VND.

The movement to build a cultural life and repay kindness has been effectively implemented. People actively participate in protecting the environment, creating a green, clean and beautiful landscape; promoting grassroots democracy, participating in social supervision and criticism, contributing to the development of the locality.
