They were taught each folk song, taught how to practice to preserve traditional crafts, thereby being able to participate in community activities, doing the work they love such as: knitting, weaving, performing arts.
Many women have found good ways to participate in cultural and tourism activities such as opening weaving groups, participating in art troupes, artisan teams, or opening tourism and resort services, contributing to increasing family income, building a prosperous family and contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
In the process of organizing activities to preserve and promote traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities in Quang Tri province, the Women's Union at all levels coordinates with the public service units of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to regularly integrate propaganda on the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, information and knowledge on science and technology in production.
