Promoting the spirit of innovation and creativity in work and study, many individuals, units and schools in Dong Nai province have been affirming their pioneering role in applying technology and creating new methods.

From the movement, many useful initiatives, applied to real life, were born, not only bringing efficiency in learning, increasing labor productivity, bringing high economic value but also contributing to building a civilized and modern new countryside.

From creativity in teaching and learning movement...

Not only is she a good teacher, dedicated to her profession, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Tuyen, a teacher at Tran Hung Dao Secondary School (Tran Bien Ward), is also a typical example in the movement of innovation and creativity to serve teaching and learning activities. Notable among them is the Project of 250 situations to help students practice situation-solving exercises in the subject of Civic Education at the secondary level. With this project, Ms. Tuyen excellently won first prize in the Dong Nai Province Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in 2025.

Ms. Tuyen said: “The project is built on 42 topics to train students in handling situations, helping them to form moral qualities, thinking and positive will to live. In particular, the new point of the project is a set of smart cards including 42 cards with QR codes, corresponding to 42 topics in the Civic Education textbook for junior high school. The set of cards is compact and convenient, helping students to easily review anytime, anywhere, improving learning efficiency.”

With the goal of constantly innovating and improving the quality of educational management, Tan Xuan Secondary School (in Binh Phuoc Ward) has put into operation an attendance system using facial recognition and fingerprint technology for students. This is the second school year the school has implemented electronic attendance for students, and will move towards implementing electronic attendance for school staff, teachers and employees. This is considered an important step in the school's digital transformation roadmap, towards building a smart, modern and safe school environment.

At the same time, Tan Xuan Secondary School also promotes STEM education in the direction of "learning by doing": assembling robots, simulating experiments... In particular, in 2025, the school will continue to organize the 2nd Robocon Competition, creating a useful playground for teachers and students to learn and create. The school's "young engineers" confidently control robots, demonstrating their programming skills, logical thinking and teamwork spirit. The competition not only inspires a passion for creativity but is also a vivid demonstration of the strong transformation in the school's educational innovation.

…To creativity in labor and production

In many localities in the province, emulation movements: Good workers, creative workers; Good farmers in production and business; Youth volunteers in socio-economic development... have become the driving force to spread the spirit of emulation and creativity among cadres, party members and people. Thereby, contributing to improving productivity, work efficiency as well as the quality of life of the people.

Tan An Commune is one of the localities that has implemented many new initiatives, innovations, and good practices in labor and production. Notable examples include: Initiatives in administrative reform with the motto "4 right, 4 always"; initiatives to innovate methods of organizing physical education and sports activities at the grassroots level to create a source for physical education and sports development in the commune. In particular, the commune has replicated the hydroponic vegetable growing model using biotechnology to help reduce 20% of production costs, creating clean, environmentally friendly products. Hydroponic vegetable products do not use preservatives and can be kept for a week while still being fresh and delicious.

In Phu Ly commune, there are many typical examples of farmers who are good at production and business with a dynamic, creative spirit, dare to think, dare to do, create jobs for society, and increase family income. It is worth mentioning the family of Mr. Ha Thang (residing in Ly Lich 2 hamlet) who has applied organic fertilizers in growing tangerines, bringing in an annual income of over 3 billion VND; the family of Mr. Nguyen The Duyen (residing in Bau Phung hamlet), the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Sua (residing in hamlet 4) ... have applied organic agricultural production, growing citrus trees such as tangerines, red-fleshed grapefruit. These products are all recognized as OCOP products (One Commune One Product Program) meeting 3-star standards, ensuring quality.

The movement to promote initiatives and creativity in work and study in Dong Nai is spreading widely day by day, becoming a driving force for cadres, party members and people to strive and compete. That creative spirit has become an important endogenous resource, contributing to the development and integration of Dong Nai.

According to Vice Chairman of Xuan Loc Commune People's Committee Than Anh Thiet, in the field of labor and production in the commune, there are many initiatives and innovations that bring high productivity. Specifically: Initiatives in sowing rice and trimming corn with homemade machines help reduce labor and increase economic efficiency; the model of drip irrigation and fertilization through pipes is widely replicated; application of mist irrigation model in growing clean vegetables, improving lawn mowers into hoeing machines; manufacturing cheap automatic feeding troughs in pig farming...

To promote the effectiveness of the movement, in the coming time, Xuan Loc commune will continue to encourage people of all walks of life to participate, promote initiatives, and create new models; at the same time, promptly reward and commend individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in implementing the movement.
