The first social housing project in Long Thanh receives applications until December 15.

(DN) - Information from Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company, the Social Housing Apartment Project in Long Thanh Commune (also known as iD Town) invested by the enterprise will receive applications for apartment purchases until December 15, 2025. This is the first social housing project in Long Thanh Commune.

The project has an area of ​​over 2.5 hectares, including 4 apartment blocks of 7 floors, 628 apartments, area from 48-77m2. Because it is located in a commercial housing project, the social housing area enjoys full infrastructure facilities of the entire area such as: community living area, parking lot, green park and traffic infrastructure.

Regarding progress, it is expected that this December the project will complete the topping out of 2 blocks, more than 300 apartments; the remaining 2 blocks will complete the topping out in the first quarter of 2026.

In the first phase of sale, the investor received registration documents to buy 314 apartments, with an estimated price of about 23 million VND/m² (including VAT). People who want to submit their documents directly at the company office right on the project campus.
