In 2024, the Propaganda Department of Dai Loc District Party Committee will focus on applying digital transformation to contribute to improving the effectiveness of propaganda andeducation work on the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws and policies in the district.

The model of digitizing historical and cultural relics in the district has been deployed, and propaganda through online contests to learn about history on the occasion of major national and local anniversaries is regularly and methodically organized.

Mr. Doan Ngoc Tuan - Head of the Propaganda Department of Dai Loc District Party Committee said that among many competitions organized, the online contest " Dien Bien Phu Victory - Immortal Heroic Song" on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024) launched by the Standing Committee of Dai Loc District Party Committee attracted more than 39 thousand participants.

The online exam format has received the positive response and participation of a large number of local cadres, party members, union members, and association members. From there, the Party's policies and guidelines; the cultural and historical values ​​of the homeland and country have been widely spread.

In Tam Ky City, there are more than 200 models of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style being implemented in Party cells, Party committees, agencies, units and localities.

Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Xuan - Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of Tam Ky City Party Committee shared that studying and following Uncle Ho has become a concrete and practical action, contributing to building a team of city officials and civil servants who are dedicated and responsible in their work.

Every year, the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department advises the City Party Committee's Standing Committee to develop a plan to implement "studying and following Uncle Ho" in conjunction with the city's key political tasks, ensuring feasibility and suitability to the practical conditions of each locality, agency, and unit.

Inspections and monitoring are carried out regularly to evaluate results and promptly detect and replicate good practices and effective models of "learning and following Uncle Ho".

“Tam Ky City has integrated studying and following Uncle Ho with patriotic emulation movements and major campaigns in the area, creating synchronization and connection in organization and implementation, focusing on key contents such as: building civilized urban areas, building new rural areas, digital transformation…” - Ms. Xuan said.

Identify important tasks

With the spirit of innovation and promoting the role of "leading the way", the Quang Nam propaganda sector continues to perform well its advisory role to the Party Committee on Party building work in politics, ideology and ethics.

Along with innovation, improving the quality of studying and thoroughly grasping new Party documents, another very important task of the provincial propaganda sector is to focus on advising the Party Committee to organize the preliminary and final review of resolutions, directives, conclusions and regulations of the Party. On that basis, draw lessons and good models for replication; at the same time, detect difficulties and obstacles to propose tasks and solutions to overcome and remove them.

According to the overall project to streamline the organizational structure of Quang Nam, it is expected that by February 20, 2025, the provincial level will complete the merger of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

Similarly, the consolidation at the district level was also completed during this time. Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Vo Xuan Ca expressed that after streamlining the organizational apparatus according to the Central's policy, it will definitely create many positive changes in the province's propaganda activities.

In 2025, the two important tasks of the provincial propaganda sector are to advise the Party Committee on propaganda orientation for the 50th anniversary of Quang Nam's liberation and to prepare for party congresses at all levels.

According to Mr. Vo Xuan Ca, the propaganda sector has widely publicized the development achievements of Quang Nam after 50 years of liberation, especially since the re-establishment of the province, so that cadres, party members, and people of all walks of life in the province can fully perceive those great achievements.

On the journey of progressing with the country, the Quang Nam Party Committee has always been concerned, searching, and defining the right policies, with the consensus of the people and efforts to build and develop the homeland.

As the standing agency of the Party Congress Document Subcommittee for the 2025 - 2030 term, the propaganda sector advises on building quality political reports in a spirit of true innovation to enter a new era of development.

According to Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Dung, propaganda work is the leading front, an important field to build the Party in terms of politics, ideology and ethics; build solidarity and unity within the Party; consolidate trust and create consensus among the people in implementing major policies and tasks of the Party, the State and the province. Hopefully, after completing the arrangement, the new apparatus of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department will ensure "streamlining - compactness - strength - efficiency - effectiveness - efficiency" according to the requirements of the Central Committee. The staff of the provincial propaganda sector will continue to strive to excellently fulfill the targets and tasks, making an important and direct contribution to the political tasks set by the Provincial Party Committee.
