On the morning of January 18, the Steering Committee for implementing grassroots democracy regulations, the Steering Committee for emulation of the "Skillful mass mobilization" movement and the Provincial Steering Committee for religious affairs held a conference to summarize activities in 2023 and deploy tasks in 2024.

In 2023, the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations, the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" and religious work have been paid attention to, directed and effectively organized by Party committees and authorities at all levels.

The Steering Committee for the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations has directed localities, agencies and units to review, supplement and perfect regulations in accordance with legal regulations and practical requirements; well implement the principle of democratic centralism in leadership, direction and implementation of political tasks; and direct the timely settlement of petitions, complaints and reflections from the people.

They have done a good job of receiving people, especially direct contact and dialogue between the heads of Party committees and authorities at all levels and the people. During the year, the province organized 520 dialogues with the people.

Promote the role of the Fatherland Front and people's organizations in building great national unity, creating social consensus, gradually performing well the functions of supervision, social criticism, and participating in giving opinions on Party and government building.

Standing Deputy Secretary of Duc Tho District Party Committee Dang Giang Trung shared outstanding results that the district steering committees have implemented in 2023.

In 2023, through the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization", the whole province has built and replicated 1,743 models in various fields, making an important contribution to solving employment and increasing income for local people.
