Private economic development in the agricultural sector

Private economic development in the agricultural sector is becoming an important driving force for the province's economic growth. Thanks to its favorable geographical location, adjacent to the large market of Hanoi, along with the province's support policies, private enterprises have the opportunity to invest in expanding production, applying modern technology and increasing the value of agricultural products.

In fact, besides great potentials, the private economic sector in the province still faces many challenges and difficulties such as access to capital, lack of synchronous application of advanced technology, the impact of climate change and increasingly fierce competition in prices and product quality in the market.

In order to support the development of the private economy in the agricultural sector, the province has implemented many practical policies and solutions. The Provincial Farmers' Association has conducted social supervision and criticism to ensure that policies supporting the restructuring of the agricultural sector are effectively implemented.

In addition, the province has organized many training and propaganda conferences on agricultural production support policies, helping farmers access new technical processes and improve productivity and increase the value of agricultural products.

In particular, the province has supported land accumulation, field consolidation, and created conditions for leasing agricultural land use rights, helping private enterprises expand production. At the same time, the province has also implemented a program to support plant and animal varieties, provide technical guidance documents, and support disease prevention and control for livestock and poultry.

In addition, the province focuses on training human resources, organizing training courses on farming techniques, production management and market access. This helps farmers and private enterprises improve their competitiveness and adapt to modern agricultural development trends.

The province also invested in upgrading the rural electricity system, ensuring safe and continuous power supply for agricultural production, industry, services and people's daily life. This is an important factor helping private enterprises expand their production scale and apply advanced technology.

Vinh Phuc agriculture has advantages due to its large land area and favorable climate conditions for the development of cultivation and livestock. In recent years, many agricultural economic models have been implemented to optimize production and improve economic efficiency.

A typical example is the Buddha's hand growing model in Yen Lac district with an area of ​​10 hectares, an average yield of 40 tons/ha, a stable selling price of 12,000 - 15,000 VND/kg, helping people earn hundreds of millions of VND/ha/year. Thanks to the connection between households and businesses, the output is guaranteed, helping this model develop sustainably.

In addition, the model of growing mugwort combined with extracting essential oils in Van Tien commune (Yen Lac) also brings high economic efficiency. With each hectare, people can harvest 9 tons of mugwort, extracting essential oils worth up to 4.5 million VND/liter, helping to significantly increase income. This model not only brings economic benefits but also opens up new directions for local agricultural products, creating opportunities for export to major markets.

One of Vinh Phuc’s important steps in agricultural development is the application of high technology in production. Enterprises and cooperatives have invested in automatic irrigation systems, greenhouses, and biotechnology, contributing to improving productivity and quality of agricultural products. The average production value of high-tech agricultural models reaches over 155 million VND/ha/year, much higher than traditional farming methods.

At the same time, the province also promotes the production linkage model according to the value chain, helping farmers cooperate closely with businesses, ensuring stable output and improving the competitiveness of agricultural products.

To continue promoting private economic development in the agricultural sector, the province has implemented many support policies to create favorable conditions for businesses and farmers. One of the important solutions is to promote the application of science and technology in production, helping to improve productivity and product quality. Smart farming models, using automatic irrigation systems, greenhouses and biotechnology have helped many farming households reduce production costs and increase economic efficiency.

In addition, the province also focuses on developing consumer markets, supporting businesses in building agricultural product brands, expanding distribution channels through e-commerce and export. It focuses on training human resources, organizing training courses on farming techniques, production management and market access...
