According to the Decision, the land plot marked THPT1 is located in the Kim Chung New Urban Area (Kim Chung Commune, Dong Anh District); the North borders the Kim Chung Commune People's Committee headquarters, the East borders the Kim Chung Commune Martyrs Cemetery, the remaining sides border the planned road. The land plot THPT1 has an area of about 4,373.2m2, of which about 476.2m2 is within the planned road opening range; about 3,897m2 of land for school construction.
The adjustment objective is to concretize the N4 urban subdivision planning at a scale of 1/5,000 approved by the City People's Committee; exploit and effectively use land funds, increase the scale of school construction, in accordance with the orientation of the N4 urban subdivision planning, create facilities, improve favorable operating conditions of the school to better meet the needs of learning and teaching, serve the interests of the community of Dong Anh district in particular and Hanoi city in general and serve as a legal basis for establishing construction investment projects according to the approved planning and as a basis for management agencies and local authorities to manage construction according to the provisions of law.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Architecture to inspect and confirm the drawing of the Local Adjustment of the Detailed Construction Planning at a scale of 1/500 - Kim Chung New Urban Area at the land plot marked THPT1 above in accordance with this Decision; store records according to regulations.
The People's Committee of Dong Anh district presides over and coordinates with Chu Van An Primary, Secondary and High School and the Department of Planning and Architecture to organize the public announcement of the approved partial adjustment of the detailed planning so that relevant organizations, agencies and people can know and implement it.
The People's Committee of Dong Anh district, the People's Committee of Kim Chung commune and the Inspectorate of the Department of Construction are responsible for inspecting and supervising construction according to approved planning, and handling cases of construction in violation of planning according to their authority and regulations of law.
