Vice Chairman of the City People's Council visited and congratulated the Hanoi Department of Health on February 27

After listening to the leaders of the Hanoi Department of Health briefly report on the outstanding performance of the sector in 2023, comrade Pham Qui Tien, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council, commended and highly appreciated the results achieved by the sector in the past year.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Pham Qui Tien presented flowers to congratulate the collective of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Hanoi Department of Health.

Typically, the industry has successfully completed the tasks of medical examination and treatment, developing grassroots healthcare; successfully controlling and containing infectious diseases; strengthening administrative reform, and promoting the application of digital transformation in the industry's operations.

Affirming that healthcare for the people of the capital is the top priority of the city, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Pham Qui Tien said that in the period of 2022-2025, the city has focused on allocating resources, deciding on mechanisms and policies for investment in healthcare development.

The Vice Chairman of the City People's Council hopes that in 2024, the collective, cadres and employees of the entire Hanoi health sector will continue to make greater efforts, overcome difficulties and challenges, promote the glorious tradition of solidarity and dedication, and meet the increasingly high requirements of the work of caring for, protecting and improving people's health.
