At the time when the eye of storm No. 13 had just passed, the wind in Quy Nhon was still strong at level 5-6. The entire city was without power because the electricity industry proactively cut off power to ensure safety during the storm. It is expected that on the morning of November 7, the electricity industry will urgently check, fix the problem and restore power as soon as possible. The communication system remains stable.

On the streets, many electric poles with advertising signs and trees were broken; many roofs were blown away by the wind, and objects were blown far away, affecting traffic and people's lives.
Immediately after storm No. 13 weakened, the Binh Dinh Provincial Military Command deployed inspection teams, cleared obstacles, and reopened main traffic routes to serve rescue, relief, and early recovery work.
