Many households not only voluntarily donate land but also proactively demolish solid constructions on the land to serve road construction. The development of rural traffic aims to meet the travel needs for daily life, production and business of local people. Promoting the achieved results, in 2021, La Tien village was recognized as meeting the standards of a model new-style rural residential area.

Thanks to the implementation of solutions to mobilize diverse resources, the consensus and participation of the people, the village's traffic infrastructure has had many positive changes. Many important and essential works have been put into use. After being propagated and mobilized, Mr. Dang Dinh Hieu's family and villagers voluntarily demolished the fence, donated over 90m2 of residential land so that the road in front of their house could be expanded. Mr. Hieu said: Looking at the newly renovated road, the clean and beautiful space, I and the villagers are all excited. Currently, we continue to contribute our efforts to participate in local emulation movements, build cultural families, maintain environmental hygiene, plant trees, maintain security and order in villages and hamlets...
Comrade Pham Van Hau, Party cell secretary and head of La Tien village, said: Every year, the commune People's Committee assigns specialized units to coordinate with the Party cell and village leaders to review the current status, needs for repair, upgrading and expansion of alley and hamlet roads. The village has focused on investing and completing traffic infrastructure, many roads have been upgraded and renovated. With the efforts, solidarity and consensus of all cadres, party members and people in the village, demonstrated through specific works and tasks, it has contributed to changing the face of rural areas.
In addition, the village's organizations and unions are assigned to directly carry out environmental sanitation work, build self-managed roads, ensure security, order, and traffic safety... On that basis, the La Tien Village Women's Union has participated in mobilizing members to actively plant and care for a 750m long women's flower road, mobilize local households to improve the effectiveness of the movement to beautify village roads, alleys, family grounds... These practical actions have contributed positively to the propaganda work, mobilizing people to participate in building, preserving and protecting the environment, landscape of villages and hamlets, in accordance with local customs, practices and planning according to the NTM criteria.
In the coming time, the village will continue to develop specific and detailed plans to mobilize resources to invest in building roads, especially mobilizing resources from the people through the land donation movement.
