The meeting was attended by many honored guests, including the wife of the President of the Philippines, Louise Araneta-Marcos; wife of the Prime Minister of Vietnam, Le Thi Bich Tran; wife of the Prime Minister of Laos, Vandara Siphandone; wife of the Prime Minister of Cambodia, Pich Chanmony; and Ms. Loo Tze Lui, wife of the Prime Minister of Singapore.
Speaking at the event, the wife of the Malaysian Prime Minister, Dr. Datuk Seri Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, emphasized the role of cultural diplomacy in promoting regional cohesion, while affirming Malaysia's commitment to the ASEAN 2025 theme: "Inclusiveness and Sustainability".

“True development must be shared, leaving no one behind – not just in terms of economics , but also in terms of dignity, identity and happiness,” she quoted Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s message, while affirming the role of the spouses in spreading ASEAN values through education, culture and community.
Guests also enjoyed special performances including choir, traditional dance and concert, along with a display of local products organised by the Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority of Malaysia (FAMA).
Also within the framework of the 46th ASEAN Summit Ladies Program, an exhibition of typical Malaysian products was also held, such as: ASEAN Traditional Textile Exhibition, which brings a vivid cultural slice, introducing unique weaving techniques such as telepuk, tekad benang emas, limar bersongket... demonstrating the similarity in the spirit of craftsmanship among Southeast Asian countries.

Highlights of the exhibition include a performance of telepuk art - fabric decorated with gold leaf motifs - and a set of batik paintings "ASEAN National Flowers" connecting the identities of the 10 member countries through images of symbolic flowers.
The exhibition also introduces sustainable development initiatives such as the PROWELL project and the Laman Wanita network, aiming to empower women and preserve indigenous cultural values. The Hasanah Foundation - the main sponsor - affirms its mission of accompanying comprehensive development in the fields of education, environment, arts, community and knowledge.
