Providing public Wifi network is one of the practical solutions in the digital transformation process, enhancing propaganda and promoting the image of Cua Nam ward to domestic and international tourists.

According to Vice Chairman of Cua Nam Ward People's Committee Trinh Ngoc Tram, in phase 1, the Ward People's Committee will pilot free wifi at groups of locations with large traffic, including: Hanoi Opera House; 19-8 Flower Garden; Ancient Villa 46 Hang Bai; 19-12 Book Street; Hoa Lo Prison Relic. The pilot period is 3 months, from December 1, 2025 to February 2026.
During this time, Cua Nam ward will evaluate the quality of coverage, traffic, and satisfaction of residents and tourists to serve as a basis for perfecting the model.
In phase 2, after the end of the pilot, Cua Nam ward will expand free wifi in residential areas, residential groups; historical sites, community activity sites; and main streets in the area. The implementation aims to ensure that residents and visitors can access information conveniently and safely, while enhancing the image of Cua Nam ward as a friendly - smart - modern destination in the heart of Hanoi capital.

This advantage has positioned Cua Nam as the core of service development - finance - trade - culture of the Capital. In the ward area, there are currently all four types of French architectural works in Hanoi. More than 400 French architectural works have been classified and well protected.
In particular, Cua Nam has a dense cultural system, with 6 theaters, 5 museums, and 3 universities. The most famous theaters are the Opera House, Hoan Kiem Theater, Vietnam Drama Theater, August Theater, and the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Labor Cultural Palace.

Museums in Cua Nam ward include: National History Museum, People's Police Museum, Vietnam Women's Museum. Three universities include University of Natural Sciences and University of Pharmacy (located on the campus of the former Indochina University), Vietnam University of Fine Arts...
Currently, Cua Nam ward has implemented a number of public art projects, promising to create an attractive creative space for the locality, thereby building Cua Nam according to the "art ward" model.
