Giang Vo Ward: 1,000 facilities trained on fire prevention and fighting data

On the morning of September 13, Giang Vo Ward People's Committee coordinated with Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 8 (Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department - Hanoi City Police) to organize training and guide facilities to update information into the declaration software of the national database system on fire prevention and fighting; propagate the Law on Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue and the Decrees guiding the implementation of the Law.

About 1,000 facilities under the state management of fire prevention and fighting in Giang Vo ward were arranged to attend 4 training sessions on September 13 and 14.

The reporter disseminated regulations on the responsibility to declare, periodically update data on fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and connecting fire alarm transmission equipment in accordance with legal regulations. Representatives of the facilities were given documents and specific instructions on the process of declaring, updating, checking, comparing and verifying data.

The declaration and updating of fire prevention and fighting data and the installation of fire alarm transmission equipment are important new points stipulated in the Law on Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue and Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP. This is an important legal basis, creating a unified corridor for the construction and operation of the National Database on Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue, effectively serving the management, direction, operation and response work when fires, explosions and incidents occur.

At the training session, professional staff provided detailed instructions on the steps to log in, declare, update information on the system, practice operations on the computer, and at the same time answer any difficulties and problems of the facilities.

Also in the program, a representative of Global Telecommunications Technology Corporation (Gtel), the unit coordinating the implementation of the testing of fire alarm transmission equipment according to the Project of the Ministry of Public Security , introduced the GSAFE device researched and developed by Gtel. This is an automatic device capable of transmitting fire alarm signals from the facility to the Data Center of the fire prevention, fighting and rescue police force, and at the same time sending warning information to the phone of the person in charge of fire prevention and fighting at the facility.

This activity not only contributes to modernization and digital transformation in the field of fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue, but also practically improves the effectiveness of fire and explosion prevention, contributing to ensuring the safety of people's lives and property in Giang Vo ward.
