The "House of Compassion" project not only contributes to improving people's lives but also clearly demonstrates the pioneering role of Sa Dec's youth in caring for social welfare, spreading compassion, and building a united and compassionate community. This is also a practical activity to celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party.
