Son Tra Ward awarded decision to establish 6 private kindergartens

DNO - On the afternoon of August 6, the People's Committee of Son Tra ward held a ceremony to hand over the decision to establish 6 private kindergartens in the area.

Licensed private kindergartens include: An An Kindergarten, Vietkids, Hai Yen, Wonderland, Con Ong Nho and Anh Binh Minh.

In the 2025-2026 school year, Son Tra ward will have a total of 19 kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools; including 3 public kindergartens, 6 private kindergartens, 6 primary schools, and 4 secondary schools.

The total number of assigned targets for the 2025-2026 school year is 751 people (for public schools); of which the number of employees assigned by the City People's Committee: 712 targets; the number of labor contracts for teacher positions assigned by the City People's Council: 39 targets.

Currently, public preschools are short of two managers; primary schools are short of two managers and two cultural teachers; and secondary schools are short of cultural subject teachers.

School representatives requested to continue investing in teaching equipment to implement the 2018 General Education Program; survey the actual needs of schools to supplement the purchase of new desks and chairs to replace old, damaged desks and chairs.
