To Hieu Ward organizes important conferences on personnel matters.

(sonla.gov.vn) On December 15th, the Party Committee of To Hieu Ward held a series of important meetings including: the first meeting of the Ward Party Committee Executive Board, the meeting of key ward officials, the second meeting of the Ward Party Committee Executive Board, and the meeting of the Ward Party Committee Standing Committee. Comrade Tong The Anh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Board, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the People's Council of To Hieu Ward, presided over the meeting.

At the conferences, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Party Building Committee presented proposals related to personnel work and cadre planning for the 2025-2030 and 2026-2031 terms. The focus was on reviewing, commenting on, and implementing the process of nominating candidates for the positions of Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the People's Council of To Hieu Ward; and Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the People's Committee of To Hieu Ward for the 2026-2031 term.

The conferences also discussed and provided feedback on adjusting the structure, composition, and number of candidates nominated for election to the Ward People's Council, 7th term, 2026-2031.

In a spirit of democracy and responsibility, the delegates discussed, reached a high level of consensus, and proceeded to vote to nominate personnel in accordance with the established procedures and regulations. The results of the vote were announced at the relevant conferences.

In his concluding remarks, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of To Hieu Ward emphasized that the synchronized implementation of these conferences aims to ensure strict personnel management, prepare personnel well for the new term, and contribute to enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee and the effectiveness of the To Hieu Ward government in the coming period.
