In Da Nang , heavy rains continued for a long time with a total amount of 100 - 300 mm, in some places exceeding 400 mm, causing many dikes and residential areas along rivers and coasts to fall into an alarming state. Meanwhile, in Dak Lak, heavy rains with strong winds caused flooding in many low-lying areas, landslides in mountainous areas, disrupting traffic. Water levels on the Sre Pok and Krong Ana rivers rose, exceeding the alarm level, seriously threatening people's lives and production.
Faced with the severe damage caused by consecutive storms, the collective of Ca Mau Petrochemical and Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC) has urgently deployed practical activities to join hands and share difficulties with people in flood-affected areas. The company has activated an emergency support plan, mobilizing all available bags at Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant - seemingly simple items but becoming a valuable "shield" to help people and frontline forces cope with storms.
A total of 11 relief trucks transported the bags to three locations in Dak Lak, including Tuy An Nam Commune People's Committee (Hoa Da village), Binh Kien Ward People's Committee and Phu Yen Ward People's Committee; and four locations in Da Nang, Duy Nghia Commune Fatherland Front Committee, Tam Ky Ward Police, Border Guard Command and Hoi An Tay Ward Military Command. As soon as the goods arrived, local forces promptly received and distributed them to vulnerable areas to reinforce dikes, build sandbags, reduce flooding and ensure safety for people in the midst of the storm.

PVCFC mobilized forces and urgently transferred support materials from Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant to areas affected by storms and floods.
In the midst of the storm, each filled and stacked sack became an important 'shield' to help protect vulnerable areas. Behind those 'shields' was the joint effort and consensus: From the careful preparation efforts of the PVCFC team to the resilience and day-and-night persistence of the armed forces and local people.
At the same time, PVCFC also closely coordinated, monitored the damage situation, and developed a plan to support the recovery of agricultural production after the storm. The company plans to donate fertilizers to help people replant and restore affected land, and consider providing financial support to severely damaged households, helping people to quickly stabilize their lives and continue production.

Frontline forces in localities receive support materials from PVCFC to serve storm and flood prevention work in vulnerable areas.
Since the beginning of 2025, PVCFC has contributed 8 billion VND to build solid houses for people in the highlands of Quang Tri, handed over 351 Great Unity Houses worth nearly 27 billion VND in Ca Mau, and thousands of "Golden Pearls" scholarships awarded to students across the country.
Recently, the company launched a program to donate one day’s salary from its staff to support localities affected by natural disasters and floods. These activities reflect the culture of sharing and community responsibility that PVCFC has consistently pursued throughout its development.
With the motto "Sustainable development associated with community responsibility", PVCFC continues to affirm its pioneering role in combining production - business with activities towards people and society. Not only providing material support, the enterprise also persistently accompanies farmers, aiming at the goal of developing sustainable agriculture and improving the quality of life for the community, so that no one is left behind.
