At noon on June 24, vehicles traveling on the Bung - Van Ninh highway (section through Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province), in the direction from Dong Hoi to Phong Nha, had a "scary" moment. According to a car's dash cam, after passing the Viet Trung intersection for more than 10km, on the Bung - Van Ninh highway, a pickup truck appeared running in the opposite direction with license plate 73C-14979.
