Currently, in the coastal areas of these three communes, there are more than 700 fishing boats, nearly 10,000 aquaculture cages with more than 1,000 workers. Agencies, units, and localities are promoting the "4 on-site" spirit, organizing propaganda, supporting people, and guiding boats and cages to move to safe anchorage areas.
