Hundreds of officers and soldiers mobilized to help people clean up in Hoi An after the flood.

On November 5, in Hoi An ward (Da Nang city), floodwaters have receded but many roads are still littered with mud and garbage. Authorities and residents are working hard to clean up and quickly restore the clean and beautiful state of Hoi An ancient town after many days of flooding.

As soon as the floodwaters receded, the Da Nang City Military Command mobilized hundreds of officers and soldiers from the City Military Command and the Defense Command of Region 5 - Dien Ban, along with vehicles, machinery and cleaning equipment, to quickly move into the old town area as soon as the water receded.

Along with that, the unit proactively coordinated with the 375th Air Defense Division (Air Defense - Air Force), mobilized more forces, and closely coordinated to expand the scope of cleaning, collecting waste, and cleaning the environment, helping people to soon stabilize their lives.

The forces worked continuously, urgently, scientifically , ensuring absolute safety, shortening the recovery time, "wherever the water receded, the soldiers were present", contributing to restoring the clean and beautiful appearance of Hoi An ancient town after many days of flooding.

Along with helping people overcome the consequences of natural disasters, the City Military Command also directed its subordinate units to urgently deploy measures to respond to storm No. 13, ensuring forces and vehicles are ready to mobilize when situations arise.

Large capacity pumps, trucks, motor vehicles and dozens of cleaning tools were mobilized to the maximum.
