(VTC News) – The champion of Road to Olympia 2014 dreams of becoming a computer programmer to contribute a lot to society and to the development of technology in Vietnam.
That was the sharing of Vo Quang Phu Duc (student of Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted - Hue ) - Champion of Road to Olympia 2024 at the commendation ceremony and awarding of Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of Thua Thien - Hue Provincial People's Committee held this morning, October 16.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong - Chairman of Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee emphasized that achieving the laurel wreath is a worthy achievement for Phu Duc's efforts. Duc's successes are a strong source of inspiration for young people in Thua Thien - Hue province.
Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong - Chairman of Thua Thien - Hue Provincial People's Committee awarded a certificate of merit to Phu Duc.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien - Hue province said: " With outstanding achievements and determination, Phu Duc will have many more steps forward in the future. I wish you continued success in your studies and future scientific career that you pursue to contribute to the development of your homeland ."
Mr. Nguyen Phu Tho - Principal of Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted - Hue, commented: " The success of Vo Quang Phu Duc today is the foundation for him to be able to reach high, fly far to new levels of knowledge, becoming a child who contributes to the homeland and country ."
In response, Vo Quang Phu Duc sent his thanks to the provincial leaders, parents, teachers, and friends who always cared, supported, and accompanied him in the process of conquering the 24th Road to Olympia.

“ My future dream is to become a computer programmer to contribute a lot to society and to the development of technology in Vietnam ,” Phu Duc said.
On October 13, at the final round of the 24th Road to Olympia, Vo Quang Phu Duc won the championship with a score of 220 points. Phu Duc made a strong impression when he excellently won the Obstacle Course competition before the organizers revealed the answer to the first question. This is also considered the biggest turning point that helped this contestant win the championship.
It is known that this is the third laurel wreath of Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted in particular and of Thua Thien - Hue province in general. This is also the 7th time that a live television broadcast of the final match of the Road to Olympia has been brought to the ancient capital.
