Promoting Hanoi's typical rural industrial products in Vinh Phuc

Hanoi's booth at the 2024 Red River Delta - Vinh Phuc Industry and Trade Fair attracted a large number of visitors and shoppers.

From December 9 to 15, the 2024 Red River Delta - Vinh Phuc Industry and Trade Fair was held at Ho Chi Minh Square, Vinh Yen city, Vinh Phuc province.

Promoting Hanoi's typical rural industrial products in Vinh Phuc

This year's fair, organized by the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province in coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, has a scale of nearly 300 booths of more than 100 enterprises, cooperatives, and production facilities from 17 provinces and cities in and outside the Red River Delta region.

Participating in the 2024 Red River Delta - Vinh Phuc Industry and Trade Fair, the Hanoi Pavilion has typical products made from horns by Artisan Nguyen Van Su (Thuong Tin district), along with handicraft products; wooden products, rattan and bamboo, ceramics, etc. Right from the first days of participating in the Fair, the Hanoi Pavilion has attracted a large number of customers to visit and shop.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang - Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade - said that the organization of Hanoi booth at the Fair aims to support and create conditions for Hanoi units and enterprises to display, introduce and promote products, especially typical rural industrial products, handicraft products, traditional craft village products, and OCOP products of Hanoi to commercial customers and consumers.

This is also an opportunity for businesses to participate in brand promotion activities, seek partners, and expand markets. At the same time, strengthen exchanges and cooperation with provinces and cities in the Red River Delta region in particular and the whole country in general.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Phung Thi Kim Nga - Vice Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee - said: The 2024 Red River Delta - Vinh Phuc Industry and Trade Fair is an important activity, an opportunity to promote and introduce the image and potential for economic, trade, cultural and tourism development of Vinh Phuc province to other provinces in the country.

This is an opportunity for businesses to exchange trade information, a bridge to help provinces and businesses introduce the potential for developing typical products with strengths, traditional industries, handicrafts, and OCOP products of their localities.

The fair took place on the occasion of the Ministry of Industry and Trade organizing the "National Concentrated Promotion 2024" program, thereby contributing to stimulating consumption, promoting domestic trade development, and practically responding to the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods".
