“Quang Ninh – Heroic Mining Land” - An art night that touches the heart

The special political art program "Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land", taking place on the evening of November 12 at October 30 Square (Ha Long Ward) is not only a cultural event to celebrate the 89th anniversary of the Mining Workers' Tradition Day - Coal Industry Tradition, but also a "symphony" of pride in the people and land rich in revolutionary traditions. I have returned to my hometown Quang Ninh many times, the land that nurtured my soul, my voice and my love for art. Singing for the coal workers and the people of the Mining Land is always a special emotion. But with this concert “Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land”, the emotions in me are still fresh, even more intense than ever.

Because this is not only a grand, national-scale art program, but also a deep, proud gratitude to generations of Mining workers - the people who have made Quang Ninh a resilient, innovative, and rich province today. I really appreciate the way Quang Ninh province organizes major art events, from the story of the Coal industry to spread the image of people, culture, and tourism of Quang Ninh to domestic and international friends. A land that knows how to honor the past through art and music will certainly go further on the journey of sustainable development.

The concert “Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land” is not only a tribute to generations of coal workers and the Quang Ninh mining area, but also one of the events in the series of tourism stimulus programs in the autumn and winter of Quang Ninh. Being able to participate in the choir performance of the medley “I am a miner” in the program “Quang Ninh – Heroic Mining Land” is a great honor and pride for us. Most of the members of the choir have been working in the mining industry for 10-20 years, we are used to long shifts amidst coal dust and the mine lights and we never thought that one day we would stand on such a big stage.

Standing in front of thousands of audiences, in a national art program to sing about my own profession, that feeling is hard to describe, both proud and moved, and seeing more clearly the value of miners in the heart of my hometown Quang Ninh. For me and many colleagues, the program has become a meaningful spiritual gift, an extremely special mark. I hope that the province will continue to organize many meaningful programs like this so that we workers have more opportunities to contribute, to live in pride and love for the mining profession.

Being born and raised in Quang Ninh, having worked in the coal industry for nearly 20 years, I am truly honored and proud. Being present at 30/10 Square in the Concert night "Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land", I was moved by the vibrant atmosphere, heroic music, as if reliving the glorious tradition of generations of miners before me. I love this profession and this land even more. The precious tradition of "Discipline and Unity" is always a source of pride, a priceless asset that we miners preserve and promote.

As the young generation of the Coal Industry today, my colleagues and I always consider “The Company is home, the Mining Region is our homeland”. We will continue to make efforts, not afraid of difficulties and challenges, ready to take on heavy work, always put labor safety first and strive to exceed the assigned targets and plans. Born and raised in Cam Pha, and working for Deo Nai Coal Company throughout my career, I always carry deep pride in the resilient tradition, "Discipline and Unity" of my heroic Mining homeland.

The art program “Quang Ninh – Heroic Mining Land” is a meaningful event to celebrate the 89th anniversary of the Mining Workers’ Tradition Day – Coal Industry Tradition. Although I am too old to attend in person, I still eagerly watched it through the live TV viewing point organized by the ward. As a son of the Mining Land, we feel proud and moved to join together in the meaningful concert night, celebrating the Traditional Day. At the 12/11 Square (Cam Pha), the large LED screen and modern sound and lighting system created a vibrant, cozy and emotional space for enjoying art.

The program is not only a special art night but also an opportunity for officials, workers of the Coal industry and people to review the tradition of "Discipline and Unity", fostering the will, courage and spirit of Quang Ninh, resilient and indomitable. From that pride, I believe that Quang Ninh will continue to develop strongly, becoming a bright spot of innovation, creativity and happiness, worthy of the title of Heroic Mining Land."

Traveling more than a hundred kilometers from Mong Cai ward to Ha Long to attend the Concert “Quang Ninh – Heroic Mining Land”, I was truly moved and proud. The grand atmosphere, from the stage, lighting, music to modern performance techniques, made me clearly feel the love and pride of the people of Quang Ninh with the resilient and indomitable tradition of the Heroic Mining Region.

And luckily, tonight we were at 30/10 Square to witness an amazing art program with our own eyes.

What impressed us was not only the grand scale but also the scientific organization, absolute security and order, demonstrating the professionalism of Quang Ninh in every major event. Next was the elaborate stage set-up, the combined effects of smoke, fire, light, 3D images... creating a 'musical feast' that was both heroic, profound and modern.
