On November 10, the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly began its fourth working week. According to the newly updated agenda, on the first working day of the new week, the National Assembly will conduct the personnel process.
The oath-taking ceremony before the National Assembly of elected personnel is expected to take place at around 10:00-10:15 a.m. on November 10, and will be broadcast live on television and radio.
At the 14th Central Conference of the 13th tenure on November 5, the Central Committee carried out the process of introducing personnel for the Vice Chairman of the 15th National Assembly and Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court for the 2021-2026 term, for the National Assembly to elect at the 10th session.

Previously, on November 4, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Le Minh Tri was mobilized, assigned, and appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.
After completing personnel work, in the afternoon of the same day, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Law on Population and Law on Disease Prevention. The Minister of Health will explain at the end of the discussion session.
Also during this working week, the National Assembly heard reports and discussed in groups the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Citizen Reception, the Law on Complaints, the Law on Denunciations ; the Law on Investment (amended); and the Law on Drug Prevention and Control (amended).
During the working sessions in the hall, the National Assembly will discuss the draft Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement (amended); Law on Judicial Expertise (amended); Law on Criminal Judgment Enforcement (amended); Law on Temporary Detention, Temporary Imprisonment and Prohibition from Leaving Place of Residence.
Along with that, the National Assembly spent time discussing in the hall the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Prices; the Law on Civil Aviation of Vietnam (amended); the Law on Construction (amended); the Law on E-commerce; the Law on Deposit Insurance (amended); the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization.

Three important draft resolutions will be approved by the National Assembly in the fourth working week, including: Resolution on the 2026 socio-economic development plan; Resolution on the 2026 State budget estimate; Resolution on the 2026 Central budget allocation plan.
On the last working day of the fourth week, the investment policy for the Gia Binh International Airport construction project will be submitted by the Government to the National Assembly.
According to the plan submitted by the Government to the National Assembly Standing Committee on November 6, the Gia Binh airport project will be invested in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Law with a total investment capital of about VND196,378 billion.
Of which, phase 1 is about 141,236 billion VND and phase 2 is about 55,142 billion VND.
The project will invest to achieve 5-star international airport service standards, among the top 10 5-star airports in the world.
Gia Binh Airport is calculated to meet the needs of about 30 million passengers/year and 1.6 million tons of cargo/year by 2030; about 50 million passengers/year and 2.5 million tons of cargo/year by 2050.
According to the Government's report, the project requires the use of more than 1,884 hectares of land, affecting about 7,100 households (of which about 5,800 households are expected to be resettled) and 118 organizations.
