BHG - With the determination and consensus of the entire political system, the support of cadres, party members, and people of all ethnic groups in the province, the restructuring of the apparatus of agencies and units has achieved positive results, contributing significantly to socio-economic development.
In recent times, Party committees from the provincial to grassroots levels have implemented the work of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system in the direction of "Straight - compact - strong - effective - efficient - effective". Since the beginning of the year, the Party committees and authorities of Vi Xuyen district have been focusing on doing a good job of propaganda, raising awareness, creating strong changes and taking drastic and unified actions among all cadres, civil servants, public employees, Party members and people with the highest determination to reorganize the apparatus of the political system.
With the spirit of "Running and queuing - the district does not wait for the province", Vi Xuyen district has directed grassroots Party cells and individual leaders to organize meetings, dialogues, and direct propaganda, striving for each individual to firmly grasp the Party's policies, the local political determination, and grasp their rights and responsibilities in the apparatus streamlining revolution. Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Vi Xuyen district, Thieu Van Bon, said: "Vi Xuyen district clearly identifies that unity in perception will lead to high determination in action. First of all, from each cadre and party member to create solidarity, trust, and support from the people to accompany the Party's major policies, creating positive changes in innovation and organization of the apparatus".

Mr. Le Khac Thanh, an officer of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Vi Xuyen district, said: “Attending propaganda sessions and studying the district's resolutions; through Party cell meetings and direct meetings and discussions with leaders, I and my colleagues in the department are in agreement with the Party's policy on implementing a three-level government. This is a clear direction with the goal of eliminating intermediate levels to make the apparatus more streamlined, strong, and effective. With full awareness, we always maintain the speed, capacity, and quality of work, ready to receive and complete assigned tasks well.”
In Quan Ba district, with careful and methodical preparation and the participation of the entire political system, in a proactive and urgent spirit, up to now, the Party Committee and the district government have completed all plans to arrange new commune administrative units according to the 2-level local government model. At the same time, actively implementing propaganda, mobilization, and collecting people's opinions, creating high consensus throughout the district, determined to successfully implement the conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on arranging and streamlining the apparatus of the political system.
Although there was a decision to retire under Decree 178/2024 of the Government from June 30, 2025, Mr. Ma Xuan Chung, a civil servant of Thai An commune, still focused on his work and completed all assigned professional tasks well. Mr. Chung confided: “Because my professional qualifications did not meet the standards, when streamlining the apparatus, I myself was fully aware of the requirements and tasks of the commune government in the new period, so I voluntarily submitted a resignation letter to make room for qualified officials to replace my position. During this period, I was always dedicated to my work; always helping people to do administrative procedures at the Reception and Return of Administrative Procedure Results Department of the commune”.
In the general trend of the whole country, communes and towns in the whole Quan Ba district always closely follow the direction of the superiors, proactively build their own projects to ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, democracy, and publicity, thereby improving the effectiveness of the political system. Based on calculating factors to create new development space, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people to develop projects, at the same time organize propaganda to collect people's opinions, creating high consensus in the whole society.
Currently, the whole Quan Ba district has 13 communes and towns. It is expected that after the rearrangement, there will be 5 communes, a reduction of 8 communes compared to the present, including 3 border communes and 2 inland communes. Secretary of the Quan Ba District Party Committee, Phan Anh Hung said: “This rearrangement plan has been approved by the province and is seeking public opinions. With the spirit of urgency, efficiency, openness and transparency, the district is completing plans for arranging and assigning work for cadres and civil servants expected for the 5 new communes according to the 2-level local government organization model. At the same time, the Standing Committee and the Party Committee of the district always work carefully, scientifically and objectively, building plans for arranging cadres suitable to their capacity, strengths and professional expertise, meeting the requirements of the tasks of the new development stage of the country”.
The revolution of streamlining the apparatus in the country's political system is receiving great attention from cadres, party members and the people. By doing a good job of propaganda, dissemination and implementation of the Party and State's guiding viewpoints, Ha Giang province has been creating consensus and high support from both the political system and the people. This is a solid foundation for Ha Giang to resolutely and successfully carry out the revolution of streamlining the apparatus.
