Launching the poetry collection "My garden, river and love" by poet Tran Do Liem

On the afternoon of November 2, at Thi Van Cac My Tho, many artists, members and poetry lovers attended the meeting to launch activities for the fourth quarter of 2025 combined with the launch of the poetry collection "My Garden, Rivers and Waters of Love" by poet Tran Do Liem, Editor-in-Chief of Thi Van Cac My Tho.

My Tho Poetry Club was established in 2019. Despite going through a difficult period due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the My Tho Poetry Club still maintains regular activities, connecting poets and writers from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi , Dong Thap... to meet, exchange and share creative experiences.

The poetry collection “My garden, river and love” consists of 56 poems that poet Tran Do Liem has carefully collected over many years of being attached to the Southern region. Each verse is a simple slice of life: honest working people, the river flowing with alluvium, the floating markets bustling with laughter…

Speaking at the launch, poet Tran Do Liem expressed his emotion when his brainchild was introduced in the Thi Van Cac space - where he and many other authors shared their passion for writing. He considered poetry as "a way to preserve memories of his hometown" and hoped that the collection of poems would be a bridge connecting literature lovers with the land of the river's rich affection.

The meeting took place in a warm atmosphere, imbued with the essence of rural literature. This was not only an opportunity for members to meet and exchange expertise, but also an important milestone in the development journey of Thi Van Cac My Tho, a model of literary and artistic activities that maintains vibrant activities, closely linked to the local creative movement.

On this occasion, poet Le Quang Vui also released 5 poetry collections: "A corner of autumn soul", "When autumn passes here", "Slow living days", "My Tho green memories"... with more than 1,000 poems written about homeland, country, and changes in life.
