In 2018, thanks to buying a used Nikon D5500 camera, combined with the training and practical experience from the Youth Union activities, he accumulated a lot of experience, explored , learned and had the opportunity to take many photos. Especially after the time directly participating with young people from taking test samples, working at checkpoints, supporting quarantine areas, vaccinations... he recorded many images that truly reflected the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic in Tay Ninh.

A memorable milestone for him was when the work "Believe in Tomorrow" was chosen by Tay Ninh Newspaper to be published on the cover of the Spring Newspaper of Nham Dan 2022 and many other works were used to serve the purpose of reporting and propaganda... This is a great motivation, urging him to continue to strive, test himself, create many valuable works, spread more beautiful images of the green shirt on volunteer fronts and many areas of social life.

At the end of 2022, he was admitted to the Tay Ninh Provincial Literature and Arts Association. “Photography brings me many positive values, not only helping to capture meaningful moments in the Union's activities, but also helping me discover my creativity, practice patience, observation skills, reduce stress and enrich my spiritual life, contributing to spreading good aesthetic values in social life,” Le Tan Phat shared.

With the youthful energy and enthusiasm of a Youth Union officer, along with his passion for taking photos of landscapes and many events and festivals, he has been able to capture many beautiful moments. His photos are authentic, full of emotion, vividly depicting the unique beauty of traditional festivals, simple but heart-wrenchingly beautiful scenes, and a panoramic view of the event...

Since the beginning of 2023, he has started to compete in competitions and has achieved results beyond expectations. That is a strong motivation for him to continue to strive more in photography as well as in the green youth shirt.

Le Tan Phat was born in 1988, residing in Tay Ninh city, Tay Ninh province, Bachelor of Law, Master of Economics. He is currently the Secretary of Tay Ninh City Youth Union, active in the Photography Association of Tay Ninh Province Literature and Arts Association.
