The total project scale is nearly 213 billion VND, of which phase 1 - subdivision 1 of renovating the main monument was completed in April 2023 with an investment of 42.7 billion VND.

Phase 2 - subdivision 2 is the socialized part (more than 68.7 billion VND) invested by Asia Park Company Limited in technical infrastructure around the monument, under construction.

Phase 2 - subdivision 3 with an investment of nearly 101.5 billion VND, constructed by the joint venture of contractors Thien Hoang - Nhat Huy - Dong Duong, is expected to be completed on the occasion of the anniversary of the liberation of Da Nang City (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2024).

In this subdivision 3, the most notable is the artistic water fountain floor, constructed by Dong Duong Exterior Company Limited with a budget of about 10 billion VND. Mr. Le Van Dong, Director of the company, affirmed that with an area of 600 ^m2 (50 x 12 m), the water music floor of 29.3 Square, Da Nang City is the largest water music floor in the outdoor, park, and square group that the company has ever constructed.
