On the evening of July 26 in Da Nang , the special art program Immortal Epic took place in a solemn and emotional atmosphere at the square of the Monument of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers.
The event was chaired by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the People's Committee of Da Nang City, to commemorate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).

The Immortal Epic is an annual art program to honor the sacrifices and contributions of heroic martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers and people with revolutionary contributions.
Through music and stage images, the program contributes to educating traditions, reminding people of the morality of "remembering the source of water" and arousing national pride in every citizen, especially the young generation.
The show's theme song - Country's Lullaby - is a heroic song imbued with humanity, connecting national memories with the present. Sao Mai Nguyen Thu Hang's performance of the song " Mother Loves Child " was also one of the performances that left a deep impression on the audience.
Appearing simply in a white ao dai, Nguyen Thu Hang performed "Mother loves child" , a composition that has endured through the years by musician Nguyen Van Ty, with the emotions and understanding of a mother.
Not only singing with technique and artistic experience, the female singer also brings into her performance true emotions from herself.
Many audiences were moved and could not hold back their tears when witnessing the image of the female singer standing at the foot of the Mother Thu monument, humming her song in the sacred space of the gratitude art night.
After the performance, Nguyen Thu Hang said she had prepared the performance with special respect and gratitude.
“I am grateful from the bottom of my heart for the moments I stood on stage, at the foot of the Mother Thu monument, and sang Mother Loves Child . It was a sacred, touching feeling.
When the audience sang along with me below the stage, I felt the hearts of mothers and the love of children for their mothers," the singer expressed.

The female singer shared that it was her maturity in life and experience of being a mother that brought her positive changes, helping her singing become more emotional and closer to the audience.
For the past two years, Nguyen Thu Hang has been absent from the big stage to prioritize her family and take care of her young children. Recently, the female singer has returned through community and gratitude art programs.
Before arriving in Da Nang, the female singer also participated in a performance at the memorial art program at the National Martyrs' Cemetery on Road 9 (Quang Tri), where she performed the song "Sending to Memories ", composed by musician Le Trong Lap, adapted from the poem "Vieng mo ba" by author Minh Ngoc, written for her father who died in the 1968 Mau Than campaign in Hue.
