The project has now entered the completion stage with more than 400 engineers, contractors and operating staff of MM Mega Market Vietnam working continuously to ensure progress. The center is constructed according to international standards of TCC/BJC Group, aiming to achieve EDGE Green Building certification issued by the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
The application of energy saving criteria and the use of environmentally friendly materials demonstrate a commitment to sustainable development, in line with Da Nang's "green economy " orientation. More than 90% of the products sold here are domestically sourced and strictly quality controlled, contributing to promoting Vietnamese goods and connecting local businesses to modern supply chains.

| In 9 months, Quang Ngai has disbursed public investment capital reaching 53% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister. |
It is estimated that by the end of October 2025, the province will disburse about VND4,880 billion, equivalent to 62% of the plan, with most of the capital coming from the local budget. The total public investment capital plan for 2025 of Quang Ngai assigned by the Prime Minister is VND7,866 billion, while the Provincial People's Council assigned VND10,325 billion.
According to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, compensation and site clearance work is still a major "bottleneck" causing many projects to be behind schedule. In addition, the review and adjustment of investment scale and land use fee revenue not meeting the estimate also affects the disbursement progress.
To overcome this, the province is implementing many drastic solutions, linking the responsibility of leaders with disbursement results. Two working groups led by Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee have been established to urge and remove obstacles, aiming to disburse 100% of the capital plan before January 31, 2026.

The 50 km project is considered necessary when the current route is overloaded and often congested, especially during holidays and Tet. The expansion will be synchronized with the Phap Van - Cau Gie section which already has 6 lanes and the Cao Bo - Mai Son section which is expected to be completed in 2026, helping to avoid the risk of becoming a "bottleneck" on the North - South expressway axis in the North.
According to the proposal, VEC will mobilize about VND2,913 billion, of which VND583 billion is equity capital and more than VND2,300 billion is domestic loan; the state budget supports VND100 billion under the medium-term public investment plan 2026-2030. Existing bridge and culvert items have been pre-designed for a scale of 6 lanes, ensuring the ability to construct quickly.
VEC leaders affirmed that the synchronous expansion of this expressway not only improves transport capacity but also promotes the effective use of state capital, creating momentum for economic growth in the region and the whole country.
