The landslide is located at the turn from the highway to the commune center, the positive slope has collapsed, the authorities have coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board to deploy a treatment plan and blockade the area, preventing vehicles from passing to ensure safety.

Pass No. 5, Loc Hung village, is identified as having a high risk of landslides, which could isolate about 40 households. Local authorities have proactively developed a relocation and evacuation plan to prevent risks. In the border area between Da Phu-Ha An village (38 households) and village 2 (27 households) of Khe Tre commune, landslides could directly affect people's homes and daily life. Local leaders are coordinating with specialized agencies to survey and develop an emergency plan, and at the same time notify and request people to move away from the danger zone.

Landslides in Phu Loc commune may cause traffic disruption.

At the same time, the coastline in many sections of the province continued to be severely eroded due to the impact of consecutive natural disasters in August and September and storm No. 12. The section passing through Hoa Duan residential group (Thuan An ward) suffered severe erosion of about 1km long, eroding 50-70m deep; and the 2km section passing through Vinh Loc commune was eroded 10-30m deep, threatening Provincial Road 21 and essential infrastructure works.

According to warnings from specialized agencies, the risk level of natural disasters caused by flash floods, landslides, and land subsidence is currently at level 1. However, prolonged rain on weak ground can continue to cause landslides on steep slopes, disrupting traffic, threatening people's safety, and seriously affecting infrastructure, production, and socio -economic activities.

It is forecasted that in the next 6 hours, the Hue city area will continue to have rain with accumulated rainfall of 10-20mm, in some places over 50mm. There is a risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams in mountainous areas, landslides on steep slopes and land subsidence in the communes/wards of Phu Loc, A Luoi, Chan May-Lang Co, Khe Tre, Loc An, Binh Dien, Nam Dong, Huong An, Huong Tra, Kim Tra, Phong Thai, Phu Bai.
