The province seconded 146 people to communes, including 83 education officials, 23 civil servants and public employees in other fields; seconded 40 officials to work as civil servants within the commune level.
Transfer 42 civil servants and 22 public employees from communes and wards with excess staff compared to the Central's orientation or surplus expertise and skills to communes and wards with shortage of staff or lack of expertise and skills.
Mobilize 105 civil servants and public employees within the commune level to ensure appropriate expertise. Of these, 39 people are transferred from the Party and mass organizations to the government; 39 people are transferred from the government to the Party and mass organizations; 2 people are transferred within the Party and mass organizations and 25 people are transferred within the government.
However, many communes still lack civil servants and specialized positions compared to regulations. Phu Tho province needs to continue directing the rotation and transfer of civil servants and public employees to communes that are lacking; allowing communes to sign contracts with people with expertise and skills that meet job requirements.
